When you send an enquiry via our forms (quote or contact), we collect the information you provide: name, company, phone number, email address and information about your charging needs. We collect no information beyond what you provide yourself, and the website does not use tracking cookies.
The data is used solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes and follow up the dialogue. The legal basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(b) (pre-contractual steps at your request) and 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).
Form submissions are processed by our hosting provider and forwarded to our email. The data is not shared with other third parties and is never sold. We store enquiries for as long as necessary for the dialogue and any agreement, after which they are deleted.
